Terms of Service

Effective May 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vantage. Reading them takes about three minutes. The short version: Vantage observes the operational tools your organization already uses and surfaces patterns that matter. We don't take action. We don't share your data. You can disconnect any time.

What Vantage is

Vantage is an operational intelligence platform. It is a read-only observer of the enterprise tools you choose to connect (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, and others over time). Four specialized agents (Operations, Quality, Analytics, Resource) work in concert to surface signals that matter for the people running your operation.

Vantage is not a system of record. It is not a productivity tool that takes actions on your behalf. It is not a replacement for the tools it observes. The product is the signal, the audit trail behind it, and the human in front of it. Vantage observes; humans decide.

Account requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have authority within your organization to grant OAuth access to the tools you connect.
  • You must use a real, working email address. Magic-link sign-in requires it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer Vantage or attempt to bypass any constraint.
  • Attempt to use Vantage as a write tool. The read-only constraint is enforced in code, but probing it is still off limits.
  • Use Vantage to surveil specific individuals without organizational authority for that surveillance. Operational intelligence is for patterns, not for shadowing employees.
  • Use Vantage to facilitate any illegal activity or violate the terms of the underlying provider services (Slack, Google, Notion, Atlassian).

OAuth integrations

When you connect a service, you grant Vantage read-only access per the specific scopes shown at the provider's consent screen. The scopes are also listed on the connector landing pages (e.g. /connectors/slack) and on your dashboard. You can revoke a connection at any time, either from the Vantage dashboard or from the provider's own access controls.

Service availability

Vantage is in active development. Production launch is targeted for May 22, 2026. Until then, uptime and feature surface may change without notice. We'll communicate material changes by email to active users.

Intellectual property

Vantage's code, design, and brand are owned by Vantage. Your data (the operational data that flows through Vantage from your connected services) remains yours. We don't train on it, we don't pool it across customers, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the inference providers required to run the agents (see the privacy policy).

Disclaimers

During this development period Vantage is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The agents are good and getting better; they are not infallible. Treat Vantage findings as signals for human review, not as ground truth.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage's aggregate liability arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you have paid Vantage in the 12 months preceding the claim. That amount is currently $0 during the pilot phase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify active users by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Non-material edits (typos, clarifying language) may be made at any time and will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
