Vantage observes.
Humans decide.

Operational intelligence for industrial operations across the GCC and beyond.

What Vantage is

Vantage is a read-only operational intelligence platform. It connects to the tools your organization already runs on (Slack for communication, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for documents and email, Notion for institutional knowledge, Jira for execution) and surfaces patterns that matter for the people running the operation.

Four specialized agents work in concert: Operations, Quality, Analytics, and Resource. Each agent watches a specific kind of signal across the connected tools. Together they produce findings (small, evidenced, audit-traceable observations) that surface in your dashboard for human review.

The platform never takes action. It does not post messages, edit files, create tickets, or modify any data in your connected services. Vantage informs the humans who do.

The four agents

  • Operations Agent. Monitors operational signals across communication and execution tools. Slack threads that keep coming back, Jira tickets that stall, calendar density that shifts.
  • Quality Agent. Surfaces quality and compliance patterns. Recurring issues in support channels, deviation patterns in operational data, documentation that's gone stale where it shouldn't.
  • Analytics Agent. Correlates signals across data sources. Revenue against tickets, project velocity against staffing, customer mentions against incidents.
  • Resource Agent. Monitors people and capacity signals. Workload distribution, expertise concentration, handoffs that are leaking quality between teams.

Each agent is conservative on confidence and explicit on evidence. A finding doesn't arrive as a verdict. It arrives as a signal with a trail behind it.

Why read-only

In environments where mistakes are expensive (industrial operations, regulated industries, high-trust enterprise relationships), the cost of an AI taking an action and being wrong is far higher than the cost of an AI surfacing a signal that a human evaluates.

We chose constraint over autonomy. Vantage requests only read permissions on the OAuth scopes for every connected service. The connector layer is read-only by architectural constraint. There is no code path that writes to a connected service, and adding one would require a deliberate architectural change. The constraint is in the design, not just in the policy.

Where Vantage operates

Built and deployed across Los Angeles, Karachi, Riyadh, and Cairo. Active engagements with industrial holdings, telecoms, and infrastructure operators across the GCC.

The product is shaped by the specifics of the operations it observes: large cap-ex projects with month-long cycles, mixed team distributions across timezones and languages, and the kind of compliance posture where a write-capable AI is a non-starter regardless of how capable it is.

Founder

Mohamed El Askary founded Vantage to address the gap between AI capability and enterprise readiness in operational environments. The capability has arrived; the operating model for trusting it in environments where mistakes are expensive hasn't. Vantage is the operating model. Read-only by design, audit-traceable by default, conservative on confidence, built to inform humans rather than replace them.
